StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab West Caldwell offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Gabriel is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and is currently finishing his masters degree in the same field. He’s also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has worked with a wide variety of clients of different backgrounds. In Gabriel’s words: “I believe that consistency is the key to seeing the desired results you seek and that fitness and wellness are the paths to vitality and longevity. I enjoy working out almost every day, and when not training I like to dabble in photography and photo editing, and listening to music.”
AJ has proudly served in the military for 10 years, where he was a Physical Therapy Technician for the Navy for the last 4 years of his tour, stationed at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and is completing his degree in Sports Medicine at William Paterson University. In AJ’s words: “During my time in the military, I learned so much about rehabilitation and injury prevention, and working with people to help them reach any fitness and life goals they desired. I am an avid weight trainer, and really enjoy hiking, running, going to the beach and having adventures with my rescue pup Spirit. I really enjoy working with people and am excited to grow on this mobility journey.”
Joey holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from William Paterson University and holds certifications in Personal Training through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Stretch and Flexibility Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has also completed 200 hours as an Exercise Physiology intern at Hackensack Medical Hospital. In Joey’s words: “I believe stretching is an important aspect in the health and wellness field that often gets overlooked. I want to help people achieve their flexibility and mobility goals. When I’m not at StretchLab, I like to listen to podcasts, watch movies, and lift weights. I’m a big fan of strength sports, including powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.”
Brandon has been a Personal Trainer for over half a decade, with several certifications, including the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC), and the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI). In Brandon’s words: “My goal is to help as many people as I can lead healthier lifestyles. Outside of work I enjoy coffee, cars, cooking, sports and keeping up with new tech.”
Zoe is a graduate with an A.S. in Health Science from Eastwick College and holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. With 3 years of experience working in physical therapy offices, Zoe is passionate about promoting wellness and improving the quality of life for others, she believes in the transformative power of movement, proper nutrition, and a positive attitude. Zoe's mantra, "Flexibility in a stem makes a tree stand in storm. Flexibility in mind makes a human win hearts," reflects her core belief in the importance of adaptability and open-mindedness. She combines education, motivation, and support to help individuals lead healthier lives, emphasizing the impact of a positive attitude and uplifting those around you. Victoria is in her final semester at Montclair State University, pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Clinical and Pre-Professional Studies and a minor in Nutrition and Food Science. She competed in throwing events for the Track & Field team and plans to obtain her CSCS certification before continuing her academic journey toward becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. With experience instructing group boxing and HIIT classes, as well as personal training, Victoria brings a strong foundation in functional movement patterns to her work. She believes true wellness is built when all areas of health are supported and is passionate about helping clients recover, relax, and feel their best. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys strength training, experimenting with baking, and taking long car rides to hike in the mountains.
